Cooking Class : Tech At Tamaki College

Today's Cooking Class - Nacho's
In today's cooking class my group and I made the food product "Nacho's". This food was very delicious and I thought it tasted sweet. I learnt that when cooking "hot food" you have to be careful of what you are doing as well as how you are doing it.
The ingredients we used was:
1 half of an Onion
Oil
1 Quarter of Mince
Tomato Puree
Tomato Sauce
Baked Beans
Nacho Chips

Last Week's Cooking Class - Sponge Roll
In last week's class I baked a Sponge roll with my partner Beni from Ruapotaka School. I was very impressed with my finished product because I thought that I did really well with all the mixing and stirring.
The ingredients we used was:
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
4 Eggs
Half a Cup of Oil
