Decimal Problem : Screencastify

This afternoon I have been working on converting fractions to decimals and I chose a problem then did a screencastify on it to explain how I solved it.

Maths Goal:
To solve multiplication and division problems by using known facts, reversing and standard place value.

How I am going to do this/that-
I am going to do this maths goal by going onto different math sites and learning different strategies to solve the multiplication and division facts/problem.
I am also going to work on this maths goal by working with my mum after school so that I can have a better understanding of the goal.

I know that the answer to this equation is 71/100 because when I added the two numerators of the fractions together it equaled to 71/100 and I also know that when I am adding or subtracting fractions with the same denominator, only the numerators get added or subtracted.
